While there's nothing "wrong" with drinking in moderation, a new habit is built after 21 days. Therefore, switching your glass of wine for a delicious homemade lime and rosemary lemonade for a whole month might make you change your perception of alcohol (and this comes from a Parisian)!

When Life Gives you Lemon

Ingredients: 

  • 3 lemons, roughly chopped
  • 140g caster sugar
  • 1l cold water
  • 1 rosemary sprig, stripped

Instructions:

Tip the lemons, sugar and half the water into a food processor and blend until the lemon is finely chopped. Pour the mixture into a strainer over a bowl, then press through as much juice as you can. Top up with the remaining water and serve with slices of lemon and rosemary.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 5 fresh lemon juice
  • Rose Lemonade to top

Instructions:

Dry shake all ingredients except lemonade. Add ice and shake vigorously until almost a foamy texture. Top with rose lemonade. Enjoy!


Pink Panther

Ingredients:

  • 7-8 blueberries
  • 10 white currants + one bunch to decorate
  • 1 rosemary sprig, stripped
  • 30ml honey syrup
  • 1  fresh lemon juice, strained
  • 120ml sparkling mineral water

Instructions:

Gently muddle blueberries, white currants, rosemary leaves, and honey syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add lemon juice and shake, covered, with ice vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain through a mesh strainer into a glass . Top with sparkling water and stir to incorporate. Add the bunch of white currants on top.

Ingredients:

  • 30ml of coconut water
  • 30ml of aloe vera water
  • ½ cucumber sliced very thinly
  • ½ fresh lime juice
  • 1 olive to top

Instructions:

Combine coconut water, aloe vera water, cucumber, and lime juice. Let chill for 1 to 2 hours. Strain through a mesh strainer into a glass. Serve with an olive on top as a Dry January Martini.
